Sutton Equity is a family-owned private real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in New York City. Over more than four decades in the industry, we have transacted over $1.2B, and developed hands-on knowledge of virtually every asset type, with successful acquisitions and dispositions in office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use buildings across the Eastern United States.
